When I was following up on the research from our recent article about pet-friendly hotels, I learned about this interesting promotion that another eco-friendly luxury hotel, the Renaissance Boston Waterfront, is currently offering.

There is such a thing as a free ride, today at the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel, offering a complimentary "Green Machine" pedicab service from the hotel to the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, a welcomed perk for guests attending the 2008 Greenbuild Expo that is attracting more than 20,000 sustainable professionals from around the globe this year. From 7:30 - 9:30am this morning, and again from 4-6pm this afternoon, the hotel will transport conference attendees in true sustainable style. The Greenbuild Expo looks pretty interesting too, and I know that a lot of amazing eco-building enthusiasts have been gathering there this week, so hopefully there will be lots of new innovations to report soon.
