Dutch Tub

I don't know about you, but at this point in the winter I'm trying to figure out how to enjoy the rest of the season while staying as warm and cozy as possible. Right about now, a Dutch Tub outside on a snowy night sounds pretty much perfect. Of course, the Dutch Tub, a low-tech, eco-friendly version of the hot tub, can be used all year round, and in a variety of settings. The simple, elegant design (natural convection currents of the water in the tub push it repeatedly through a hollow steel coil that holds a small wood fire) means that the tub is small and lightweight enough to move with relative ease, and of course it can be used anywhere there's fire and water. Besides saving electricity and getting you out into nature, Dutch tub also recommends recycling the water for irrigation or other projects when you're through, refilling the tub for each use and avoiding the harsh chemicals often used to sanitize standard hot tubs.
